Preparation

Heat oil in a pot or pan.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Saute for a minute.

Add sliced onions and cook until they turn translucent.

Add julienned carrots, shredded cabbage, sliced capsicum, and chopped green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.

Add the cooked noodles and chopped spring onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
