Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add lemon juice and a little water to make a thick batter.

Add cauliflower florets to the batter and mix well, ensuring all florets are coated.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, add curry leaves.
