Preparation

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or wok.

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili. Saute for a minute.

Add finely chopped onion and saute until translucent.

Add finely chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and green beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, cornflour, and water to make a slurry.

Pour the slurry into the pot and stir well.

Add cooked noodles and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
