Preparation

Heat oil in a pan or kadai.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add chicken pieces and mix well.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix everything together.

Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.

Add black pepper powder and mix well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add slit green chilies and curry leaves. Give it a stir.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
