Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the minced mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, besan, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for deep frying.

Take small portions of the mutton mixture and shape them into small balls or kolas.

Deep fry the kolas in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried kolas from the oil and drain them on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot as a snack or as a side dish with rice or roti.
