Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the fenugreek leaves, whole wheat flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and oil or ghee.

Mix well until the fenugreek leaves are evenly distributed in the dough.

Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

Take one ball and dust it with flour. Roll it into a thin circle.

Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.

Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook for a minute until small bubbles form on the surface.

Flip the paratha and cook the other side for another minute.

Brush oil or ghee on both sides of the paratha and cook until golden brown spots appear.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
