Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, yogurt, milk, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well to form a soft dough.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes soft and pliable. Drizzle some oil over the dough and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 2 hours.

After the resting time, divide the dough into small equal-sized portions and shape them into balls.

Roll each ball into a flat round shape, similar to a chapati or tortilla.

Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled kulcha on the hot griddle.

Cook until you see small bubbles forming on the surface, then flip the kulcha and cook the other side.

Apply some butter on the cooked kulcha and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Repeat the process for the remaining dough portions.
