Preparation

1. Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated carrots. Stir fry the carrots on medium heat for about 10 minutes until they turn soft.

2. Add milk to the pan and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until the carrots are fully cooked and the milk reduces to about half.

3. Add sugar and mix well. Continue cooking until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture thickens.

4. Add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional nuts if desired.
