Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add the chopped fenugreek leaves and cook for a few minutes until wilted.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

Add the cashew paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cubed paneer and mix gently to coat it with the masala.

Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the flavors are well blended.

Add fresh cream, slit green chilies, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh fenugreek leaves.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
