In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add water gradually to the dry ingredients to make a thick batter. It should have a coating consistency.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.

Dip the corn kernels in the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Carefully drop the coated corn kernels into the hot oil. Fry them in batches to avoid overcrowding.

Fry until the corn kernels turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon.
