Preparation

In a bowl, mix together corn flour, all-purpose flour, rice flour, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, yogurt, lemon juice, and salt.

Add little water and make a thick paste.

Add the paneer cubes to the paste and mix well, ensuring each paneer cube is coated well with the masala paste. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. When the oil is hot, add curry leaves and green chili. Fry for a few seconds.

Drop the marinated paneer cubes into the hot oil and deep fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried paneer cubes from the oil and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Paneer 65 is ready to serve. Garnish with some curry leaves and serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish with your favorite main course.
