Preparation

In a bowl, dissolve custard powder and sugar in 50 ml of milk to form a smooth paste.

In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk and bring it to a boil.

Once the milk starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and slowly add the custard paste while stirring continuously.

Cook the custard mixture on low heat for about 3-4 minutes, or until it thickens.

Remove the custard mixture from heat and let it cool completely.

Once the custard has cooled down, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, chop the mixed fruits and add them to the chilled custard.

Gently mix the fruits with the custard so that they are well combined.

Serve the fruit custard chilled.
