Preparation

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add grated paneer and sauté for a few minutes until slightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute.

Add sliced onions and capsicum. Cook until they become tender.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add the sautéed paneer to the pan and mix everything together. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Slowly add water and knead it into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin rotis.

Heat a tawa or skillet and cook the rotis on both sides until light brown spots appear.

Place a spoonful of paneer filling in the center of each roti. Roll it tightly like a wrap or roll.

Serve the Paneer Rolls hot with ketchup or chutney.
