In a bowl, combine hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.

Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and coat them well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated salmon cubes onto skewers.
