Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, mashed peas, and mashed potato.

Add bread crumbs, grated ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round or oval kebabs.

Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.

Shallow fry the kebabs on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
