Preparation

1. In a large bowl, knead the cheese patties until smooth and soft.

2. Divide the kneaded cheese into small equal-sized portions and shape them into flat patties.

3. In a large pan, heat the milk and bring it to a boil.

4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands (with milk), and rose water to the boiling milk. Stir well.

5. Gently drop the cheese patties into the milk mixture and let them cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes.

6. Remove the pan from heat and allow it to cool. Refrigerate for a few hours.

7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds. Optionally, decorate with silver varq.
