Preparation

1
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, finely chopped green chili peppers, finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well.

2
Gradually add water to the mixture and knead to form a smooth dough. The dough should be firm yet pliable.

3
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.

4
Take a dough ball and roll it into a small circle. Apply a little ghee on the circle.

5
Fold the circle in half to form a semi-circle and apply ghee on it.

6
Fold the semi-circle again to form a triangle and roll it into a triangle paratha.

7
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown spots appear. Apply ghee on both sides while cooking.

8
Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.

9
Serve hot parathas with yogurt, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
