Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture onto one corner of the wrapper.

Fold the corner with the filling over, then fold the sides in to seal the edges.

Roll the wrapper tightly to the opposite corner, sealing the roll with a bit of water.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat oil in a deep pan or wok for frying.

Carefully place the spring rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or any dipping sauce of your choice.
