A delicious Indian flatbread stuffed with a mixture of vegetables

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough well and set it aside for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn translucent. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the vegetables are cooked through. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of the circle.

Bring the edges of the circle together and seal the filling. Roll out the stuffed ball into a paratha of desired thickness.

Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on both sides using ghee or oil until golden brown.

Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
