Preparation

1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute.

3. Add chopped spring onion whites and sauté for another minute.

4. Add diced carrot, shredded cabbage, diced capsicum, and chopped beans. Stir well.

5. Add vegetable stock, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix everything together.

6. Bring the soup to a boil and then reduce the heat to simmer for about 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

7. Stir in the dissolved cornstarch mixture and cook for a few more minutes until the soup thickens slightly.
