Preparation

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add grated ginger and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute.

Add chopped green chili and chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes become soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Break the naan bread into pieces and add them to the pan. Toss gently to coat the naan bread with the spices and vegetables.
