Preparation

In a bowl, mix together grated vegetables, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.

Form small balls from the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.

Add cream and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the fried vegetable balls to the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
