Preparation

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and cornstarch with water to make a smooth batter.

Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Deep fry the coated cauliflower florets in hot oil until they turn golden brown. Set aside.

Heat some oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.

Add the chopped spring onions and stir-fry for another minute.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add this mixture to the pan and mix well.

Add the fried cauliflower florets to the pan and toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
