Preparation

In a bowl, mix together gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add water gradually to make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Dip the baby corn pieces in the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.

Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
