Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, chopped onion, grated ginger, minced garlic, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

2. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.

3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.

4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

5. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Remove the patties from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
