Delicious Indian bread filled with two types of cheese

Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. Add yogurt and milk to the bowl. Mix well to form a dough.

3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.

4. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.

5. Take one dough ball at a time and roll it into a small circle.

6. Place a generous amount of grated processed cheese and mozzarella cheese in the center of the circle.

7. Fold the edges of the circle towards the center, covering the cheese completely. Pinch and seal the edges.

8. Roll the stuffed dough ball gently into a thick circle, ensuring the cheese doesn't come out.

9. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.

10. Place the rolled naan on the heated tawa. Cook until the bottom side is golden brown and then flip it over and cook the other side.

11. Apply butter on both sides of the cooked naan while it's still hot.

12. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and cheese.
