Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add corn kernels, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into kebabs.

Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying the kebabs.

Place the kebabs in the pan and cook on medium heat until they turn golden brown on both sides.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
