Preparation

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and finely chopped green chili. Cook for a minute.

Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add green peas and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and crushed kasuri methi. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add garam masala and fresh cream. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
