Preparation

Heat butter in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.

Meanwhile, blend the soaked cashew nuts with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Add the cashew paste to the tomato mixture and cook for a few more minutes.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them with the sauce.

Add water if needed to adjust the consistency.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the paneer is cooked through.

Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well.

Lastly, add fresh cream and cook for another minute.
