Preparation

In a blender, combine the blanched spinach, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Blend to a smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl, add the spinach paste, lemon juice, yogurt, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and oil. Mix well to make the marinade.

Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and toss gently until each paneer cube is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using skewers, thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.

Grill the marinated paneer cubes for 10-12 minutes, turning them occasionally, or until they are lightly charred and cooked through.

Remove from the grill and serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish with mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.
