Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Saute until golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook for a minute.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute.

Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.

In a blender, blend soaked cashews, yogurt, and cream until smooth.

Add the cashew-yogurt mixture to the pan and mix well.

Add chopped fenugreek leaves and salt. Mix well.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
