Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add yogurt and melted butter to the bowl. Mix well.

Gradually add warm milk and water to form a soft dough. Knead for about 5 minutes.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.

Roll each ball into a circle using a rolling pin. Dust with flour to prevent sticking.

Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat. Place a rolled naan on the skillet.

Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side.

Brush melted butter on both sides while cooking.

Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.

Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped coriander leaves on the naans.
