Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the corn flour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Add water gradually to make a thick batter.

Dip the paneer cubes into the batter and coat them evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated paneer cubes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chopped green chilies, onions, and capsicum. Sauté on high heat for 2-3 minutes until they become slightly tender.

Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, and vinegar to the pan. Mix well.

Add the fried paneer cubes to the pan and toss gently to coat them with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

Garnish with finely chopped spring onions.

Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice or noodles.
