Preparation

Heat oil in a pan or wok.

Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add diced capsicum and sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add cleaned prawns to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or until prawns are cooked through.
