Preparation

1
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead the dough until it is smooth. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

2
In a separate bowl, mix the grated radish, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, and cumin seeds. Set aside for 10 minutes to let the radish release moisture.

3
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll each portion into a small circle.

4
Place a spoonful of the radish stuffing in the center of each circle. Fold the edges of the circle towards the center, sealing the stuffing inside. Flatten lightly with your palms.

5
Dust the stuffed portion with flour and roll it gently into a paratha of your desired thickness.

6
Heat a tawa or griddle on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa and cook until small bubbles appear on the surface.

7
Flip the paratha and cook the other side. Spread some ghee or oil on both sides and cook until the paratha is golden brown and crispy.

8
Repeat the process for the remaining dough portions.

9
Serve the hot and delicious Mooli Parathas with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
