In a bowl, combine the plain flour with salt and enough water to make a smooth dough. Knead well for a few minutes, cover and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Cook until they are translucent.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add the minced chicken, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Add the garam masala, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from heat.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them out into small circles.

Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges over the filling and seal carefully, ensuring there are no leaks.

Roll out the stuffed dough balls into parathas, using some flour if needed to prevent sticking.

Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown, using a little oil if desired.
