Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, chopped coriander leaves, green chili, and salt.

Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.

Take one dough ball and dust it with flour.

Roll it into a circular shape using a rolling pin.

Heat a tawa or griddle on medium heat.

Place the rolled roti on the hot tawa and cook for a minute until bubbles start to appear.

Flip the roti and brush some ghee or oil on top.

Press with a flat spatula and cook until both sides are golden brown.

Remove from the tawa and repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.

Serve hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
