Preparation

In a bowl, mix together garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, and salt.

Add the chicken wings to this marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat.

Gently drop the marinated chicken wings into the hot oil and deep fry until golden and crispy. Make sure to fry in batches for even cooking.

Once done, remove the chicken lollipops from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
