Preparation

In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, crushed fennel seeds, crushed roasted cumin seeds, and salt.

Add paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion, capsicum, and tomato pieces.

Grease the grill grates or baking tray with oil to prevent sticking.

Grill or bake the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer cubes are lightly charred and cooked through.

Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
