Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add the mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, green chili, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into round flat patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place the potato patties in the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
