Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to make a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15 minutes.

In another bowl, mix together grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.

Divide the dough and the filling into equal portions.

Take one portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle. Place one portion of the paneer filling in the center of the circle.

Gather the edges of the dough towards the center and seal it well. Flatten it gently with your hands.

Roll the stuffed dough into a paratha of desired thickness.

Heat a tawa or a flat pan over medium heat. Cook the paratha on both sides, applying ghee or oil, until golden brown spots appear.

Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.

Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
