Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potato, chopped onion, green chili, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, bread crumbs, corn flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into cutlets.

Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying.

Place the cutlets in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the cutlets from the pan and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
