Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

2. Add the yogurt and mix well. Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth.

3. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.

5. Roll out each ball into a thick oval or round shape.

6. Brush the rolled naan with water and sprinkle chopped green chili and coriander leaves.

7. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat and cook the naan on one side until bubbles appear.

8. Flip the naan and cook the other side until it puffs up and gets golden brown spots.

9. Remove from heat and brush with cooking oil.

10. Serve hot with any curry or dip of your choice.
