Preparation

Heat oil in a Kadai or a wide pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the cubed paneer and bell pepper cubes. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan, and let it cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add garam masala and crushed kasuri methi. Mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
