Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste, slit green chilies, and curry leaves. Saute for a minute.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add cleaned prawns and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and salt. Mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until prawns are cooked through.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
