Preparation

In a large pot, add the chicken, chopped onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, crushed black peppercorns, and seasoning cubes.

Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is tender, about 30-40 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, and crayfish powder to the pot. Cook for additional 5 minutes.

Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped fresh basil or scent leaves.
